After graduation, she had the interest to work in a BPO company where she honed her skills in customer service. With a keen eye for detail and a genuine desire to help others, Ella consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

In her spare time, Ella enjoys spending time with her friends, hitting the open road and exploring new destinations, and cuddling with her furry friend, Rudy.
